MAG540w3 set-top boxes are high-performance devices under the Linux operating system. An Amlogic S905Y4-B chipset and quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 processor allow you to use the device for several months without worrying about having to restart it. The set-top box plays content in high resolution, supports eight-channel surround sound, and allows you to choose a convenient way of Internet connection.
Clear and colorful image
With the MAG540w3 you can watch content in 4K format with a frame rate of 60 fps. Due to HDR technology, the colors on the screen will be as vivid as possible, while support of the HEVC codec allows you to play video without delays, even at low data transfer rates.
Surround sound
The set-top box supports Dolby Digital PlusTM technology. This means you can connect seven loudspeakers and a subwoofer or compatible modern TV and enjoy eight-channel sound as clear as in a movie theater.
Wired and wireless internet connectivity
The model is equipped with an Ethernet port and integrated Wi-Fi. The cable connection provides stable connectivity with a data transfer rate of 100 Mbps. The Wi-Fi module operates in two frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (up to 550 Mbps).
Peripheral support
Two USB 2.0 ports allow users to connect a mouse, keyboard, memory cards and other peripherals to the set-top box. This provides users with additional convenience in control and text input.
